As the Chief Operating Officer, I oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting and oversight of the firm’s operation, marketing, sales, human resources and compliance.
Reporting to the CEO and working as a key member of the firm’s leadership team.
Work closely with the development team in building, implementing, and overseeing the firm’s systems, processes, workflows and procedures.
Extensive knowledge in building and developing a sustainable and profitable start-up corporation.
Liaison to the legal department and the sales department.
Business Development growth through marketing, sales, customer retention, company culture, and client relationships.

Sales and Customer Retention
- Customer Relationships
- Advertising
- Office Management
- Payroll, Human Resources, and Benefits
Strategic Planning/Marketing: Prepare and develop marketing campaigns and strategies such as social media, radio, television, live television and radio interviews, and community outreach events. Negotiate contracts with advertisers and media companies.
