Nataly, a Mexican-American first generation college graduate from Illinois, received her Bachelor’s Degree from Aurora University, graduating summa cum laude and went on to attend DePaul University College of Law in Chicago to receive her Juris Doctor in 2019.
Nataly is an Immigration Attorney who prides herself on being a zealous advocate for her clients and who has represented clients all across the United States and abroad in matters before USCIS and ICE involving Adjustment of Status, Waivers, Consular Processing, U-visa, VAWA, Naturalization and related matters such as RFEs and NOIDs as well as matters before EOIR and the Board of Immigration Appeals such as Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, SIJS, Motions to Reopen, and Appeals.
In addition to being an Attorney, Nataly also serves as a mentor and advisor to law students, Bar candidates, and fellow licensed Attorneys who look to her for guidance and training in matters related to the practice of law.
Additionally, Nataly has served as the Attorney representative for immigrant solidarity groups during which time she provided monthly informational sessions broadcasted on public platforms that were specifically geared towards empowering minority communities to understand their rights.
Today, as a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney with a demonstrated track record, Nataly is confidently positioned within La Liga Defensora as the Lead Attorney of the Firm’s Immigration Legal Analysis Department.
