Mojgan Khoshvaght, Esq. is an attorney admitted to the State of California. Mojgan received her Bachelor of Laws and Master of International Law from Iran. Mojgan graduated from the University of San Diego school of law (USD) by receiving a Master of Comparative Law (LLM). Prior to her admission to USD, Mojgan was a law professor at three universities in Iran where she taught civil law, criminal law, international law, and English to her students.
As an immigration attorney, Mojgan has represented hundreds of clients in removal proceedings, USCIS, asylum office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit. Mojgan has also helped juveniles in their process of getting their Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in the United States by representing them in family and probate court. Prior to passing the CA bar exam, Mojgan was a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California for Honorable Judge John A. Houston where she worked on a variety of civil and criminal cases.
