For the past eighteen years Mario Andrews has represented clients in Criminal Defense matters throughout Northern California. Clients from “felony murder” and “provocative act” homicides, manslaughter, domestic violence, robbery, gang related charges, sexual assault, drugs, conspiracy, theft, wire taps to DUI. Juvenile matters and several types of administrative hearings.
Before working in Criminal Defense, he was an Assistant District Attorney in the City and County of San Francisco where he presented the prosecution of criminal jury trials, court trials, preliminary hearings, public meeting presentations and various motions. Prepared cases and witnesses for trial and hearings. Reviewed investigations, arrest and search warrant affidavits. Public speaking on behalf of the office at community events, seminars and public meetings. Taught prostitute abatement classes.
Before becoming an Atorney he was a Police Officer with the City Berkeley.
Uniformed patrol trained new officers and reserve officers. Wrote affidavits for search and arrest warrants. Traffic control, vehicle collision investigations and undercover drug buys. Testified in court about my investigations. Basic, Intermediate and advanced POST certificates.
