Originally from Puerto Rico, Jose has had years of litigation experience and has recently worked exclusively on immigration matters, representing clients before EOIR, USCIS & BIA removal proceedings.
Jose graduated from Catholic University in Washington, DC and attended Interamerican University Law School in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Jose practiced law in Puerto Rico until moving to Miami, Florida where he leads our EOIR Removal Defense team. Those who have worked with him can attest to his passion, skills, and competence.
