Originally from Memphis, Jenna moved west to attend law school at the University of Oregon. While there, Jenna externed for Judge McAlpin at the Lane County Circuit Court and was an Equal Justice Works Student Fellow and was awarded a grant to intern in Chicago for Metropolitan Family Sevice’s Legal Aid Society. During this time, Jenna focused on Immigrant Victim’s Rights work.
After law school, Jenna used these experiences to pursue immigration law in Memphis, TN, where she focused on removal defense for over two years before joining the Matian Law Firm. Jenna is passionate about ensuring the rights of immigrants in the United States, and that all immigrant individuals are able to have access to the representation and advice they are entitled to.
