Born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States at the Age of 15 and became a US citizen at the age of 24. I graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2017 and decided to attend Law school after I interned with our local congressman Beto O’Rourke. Graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2021 and became a prosecutor. During my time as aa prosecutor I was able to see the lack of representation for the latino community and the lack of understanding of the immigration consequences a criminal conviction brings in the future. Since then I started working in the immigration field to help immigrants like myself navigate the legal process.
