I was born in Middletown, N.Y., and raised on the Island of Enchantment, Puerto Rico. I began my public service in the U.S. Armed Forces in the U.S. Infantry. Later, I served as a Marshal in the General Court of Justice, where my love for the law was born. After 21 years of service, I decided to continue doing what I am passionate about: Law. I studied at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Once I graduated from Law School, I realized that I am passionate about defending the most vulnerable, which is why I decided to practice Immigration Law to defend my Hispanic community.
