Delaney is the Lead Attorney at Windsor Troy. He is an experienced litigation and trial attorney who is always looking for ways to achieve better results for his clients. Delaney has been involved in civil litigation for more than 20 years and has been admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon and California. He has obtained successful results at trial in each of those states.
The backbone of Delaney’s litigation practice is the file audit system that he created and developed over many years of working on civil cases. The system is followed by the attorneys at Windsor Troy as a means of ensuring that each client’s case is thoroughly and timely reviewed by a team of legal professionals. It also forces the team to begin thinking about the case from a trial perspective as early as possible.
Outside of the office, Delaney and his wife, Kelly, are committed to helping foster children find better opportunities. Delaney and Kelly became foster parents in 2019 and adopted their daughter from foster care in 2020. The family also owns a social enterprise clothing business named Barely Canadian that makes super soft clothing and gives more than 10% of its profits back to nonprofits that support foster youth.
