He is a 2nd generation Mexican American. His grandparents immigrated to the United States from Mexico. Thanks to their efforts, he is living his dream as an attorney. His desire to become an attorney was rooted in getting a voice to speak on behalf of the oppressed, particularly the Hispanic community.
He grew up in a small town in the Rio Grande Valley, raised by a single, 1st generation, mother. He graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He’s walked in the shoes of a prosecutor. But his passion has always been to defend against injustice.
