Jessica is licensed to practice in New York, California and multiple districts in federal court. She began her career as an assistant district attorney in Nassau County, New York. She has been practicing criminal defense since 2008, in both New York and California, and handles all types of criminal cases in state and federal courts. She has been with Matian Firm for four years (as of July 2022) and is the supervising attorney for the San Jose office.
