Flavio Carvalho has spent much of his life involved in serving the local community and helping people in need overseas, in projects like starting an orphanage in Swaziland, building a church in Mozambique, funding and furnishing a library in Kenya, and supporting schools in disadvantaged parts of the world. Flavio has a B.A. in Theology, an M.A. in Biblical Studies, and a law degree. He became an attorney to have a part in the decision-making processes of the justice system and to solve problems. He ran a small, but successful family law and immigration firm serving the San Francisco Bay Area for seven year. Flavio has also served as the president of the Immigration Section for the Contra Costa County Bar Association. Today Flavio is a proud member of the Matian Firm, practicing Immigration Law.
