Chloe Ramos Czabaranek, an Immigration Attorney licensed to practice in the State of California, moved to the United States from the Philippines as a child.

Now an active member of the Filipinx legal community, Chloe serves on the 2021 Filipino Board Association of Northern California (FBANC) as Legal Clinics Director. Chloe was a Staff Attorney at Justice At Last, a non-profit law firm that exclusively served survivors of human trafficking in crime victim rights, vacatur, immigration, juvenile, and multiple civil law areas.

Throughout her law school career, Chloe earned the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for Legal Research and Writing, Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley’s Achievement Scholarships, Asian American Bar Association’s Raymond Ocampo Scholarship, FBANC’s Inaugural Hon. Quidachay Scholarship, Women Lawyers of Alameda County’s Margaret A. Gannon Legal Education Stipend, and Santa Clara Law’s Public Interest and Social Justice Law Scholar. Chloe also externed for Pangea Legal Services and represented clients as student counsel arguing at the SF EOIR and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, and the Ninth Circuit Immigration Appellate Clinic respectively.

Prior to law school, Chloe was a labor union organizer at SEIU 2015 and organized nursing homes and agencies to win their NLRB elections throughout CA.  Chloe graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with a J.D. and a Public Interest Immigration Asylum Certificate, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Music.
