Bill Sparks started his legal career as a Public Defender in Orange County, CA. After a short stint there, he transferred over to the DA’s office in Orange County, where he stayed for over 18 years. After retiring from the DA’s office, he worked in criminal defense for a couple of years, before landing at the Matian firm where he’s been for almost 2 years. He said he plans to stay at the Matian firm for as long as possible, due to the zealous advocating for clients, and the honesty and transparency of the firm. In his past work as a Public Defender and DA, he completed over 300 Preliminary Hearings, and over 65 Jury Trials.
